SHIPPING AND GUARANTEE:

For shipments around the world, all Works are insured against damage during shipment.In case of damage, the customer shall be required to claim within two weeks after your receipt.Damage without reference to shipment shall not be claimed.

WOOD BOX:

For the Work with described as "Wood Box" on our home page,we will provide the wood box with its potter's signature for fee.If you request a wood box for the non-described Work, we canarrange the box with the additional fee. It will take two weeks for the additional service.

AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE YOUR PURCHASE:

Please verify that you have received the correct Works and confirm that all of them are undamaged.

RETURNING GOODS:

Products may be returned within two weeks of receipt for exchange or refund.

When returning products, please make your shipment by C.O.D and we will handle all shipping charges. Products shall not be returned in the following cases:

1) Products have been handled or used.

2) Products have been in any way damaged by the customer.
