Mainly, we would like to introduce the works of ceramic artists who represent Bizen. They pursue the three elements of material, molding, and firing at a high level and present their works. Bizen is pottery made by firing clay without using glaze. Depending on the position in the kiln and firing, the color and texture will vary. Please feel the texture of the work and enjoy the abstract colors and patterns.

This space (interior) was designed by Taijiro ITO of Bizen Gallery Aoyama.
This style is limited to one pair per day. You can enjoy Japanese cuisine in a calm space.
